Shipping policy

At KASANE NIPPON, every piece is a carefully curated canvas. To ensure the highest quality and minimize environmental impact, all our archive pieces are made-to-order (custom printed specifically for you).

1. Processing Time Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, custom printed, and prepared for shipment.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates Currently, our online exhibition is exclusively available to customers within the United States. We are pleased to offer Complimentary Shipping (Free Shipping) on all U.S. orders. (Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we plan to expand our gallery's reach in the future.)

3. Estimated Delivery Time Once your item is printed and processed, standard shipping within the US typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Total estimated delivery time (Processing + Shipping): 5 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carriers and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are unable to redirect or modify orders once they have been dispatched. KASANE NIPPON is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to submit a claim, or contact us directly at contact@kasanenippon.com. We are committed to resolving any transit issues promptly.
