Return & Refund Policy

At KASANE NIPPON, every archive piece is made-to-order (custom printed) specifically for you upon purchase. Because our items are created on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, or if you ordered the wrong size. > Please carefully review our Size Guide available on each product page before placing your order.

Damages and Manufacturing Defects We take pride in the quality of our wearable canvas. However, if your item is defective, misprinted, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

To submit a claim:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at

    contact@kasanenippon.com.

  2. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

  3. We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

Lost in Transit For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Refunds (if applicable) If a refund is approved due to a defect or error on our part, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
